Polish phrases
Polish is spoken by the 40 million inhabitants of Poland and much of England and Scotland :) .
It is one of the (West) Slavonic languages and closely related to Czech amoung others.
This means if you haven't already learnt another Slavonic language, and not everyone has, it is not necessarily as easy to pick up as say Spanish.
Nevertheless, it is no more difficult to learn a few basic phrases, than with the Romance languages,
